HeCreature is an alter ego. A result of half a human life with an eating disorder, and the journey back to my own body.
The merpeople have fascinated me since early childhood. I don't have a good answer to why, but it's probably a mixture of the aesthetics, and the fact that I grew up by the sea. I feel at home in the sea. I feel complete. I get to breathe, I get space, and the concept of time ceases.
HeCreature, like most wild animals, thrives best without an audience, and rarely comes to the surface if there are too many people around. A few people have won his trust to get close. He thrives best in cooler climates, and often surfaces at night.
He appears to the world through this website, on Instagram and Facebook.
HeCreature frequently receives inquiries from individuals, companies, and others who wish to collaborate. HeCreature is not an art project or a product for sale. He does not join events, commercial events or projects, or art projects.
Are you asking yourself the questions "but why have a website, when it's so personal and not an objekt "for sale"?. I have many answers to that question. I think the most valuable answer to me is to contribute to show the world diversity. We all have our own, unique ways of living. And this is one of mine. Some people creates a blog, I created this website. I share from my life, and maybe someone finds inspiration to create their own alter ego - or realize their dreams?
Curious? Join HeCreature out in the sea trough Instagram and Facebook!
